Joseph Economides

Former collegiate athlete with over 14 years of experience in injury recovery and wellness, specializing in movement and exercise. Inventor of the Nucleus Training System and founder of Kinetic Biosculpting

Joseph is the founder and architect of Eumetria, driven by a lifelong commitment to health, movement, and human potential. He blends biomechanics, teaching, and community service into a single mission: helping people redefine themselves through intentional practice and measurable progress. His work centers on building systems that make transformation accessible — not just for athletes, but for anyone ready to take ownership of their body, their habits, and their future.
